Pelham Pointe has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Two bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bath, while the master bed-and bathroom are on the main floor. In total there are two queen sized beds and two full beds within the three bedrooms. Ample bedding is provided throughout, including a number of vintage family quilts, afghans and blankets. Overflow sleepers can enjoy the spacious living room’s sleeper sofa, a second couch, cot or an Aero mattress. You can even sleep on the spacious deck or camp under the stars anywhere within the property’s 35 wooded acres.
