Sewanee (The University of the South) is a beautiful 10-mile drive through the rural countryside, as are dozens of amazing outdoor offerings for hiking, climbing, waterfall viewing, and so much more. For music lovers, The Bluegrass Underground’s new cave home, The Caverns, is just four miles around the bend in a neighboring cove!

The last mile of your journey to Pelham Pointe is an immediate step into rural mountain life. Our gravel logging roads weave through the trees from the flat, valley farmland below. The ~400′ upward rise in elevation takes you to amazing vistas and outdoor experiences that never fail to inspire. We recommend that our guests use an all-wheel-drive or a four-wheel-drive vehicle for easiest access.
